Until when will Train World be closed?
Train World will be closed at least until November 19th. We are following the situation closely and will keep you informed of any changes via this page.


What about the temporary exhibition "Choco Loco"?
The temporary exhibition "Choco Loco" is planned until February 21th, 2021 and can be visited again as soon as Train World opens its doors again.


You have an entrance ticket or a discount coupon / voucher that is valid between 26 October 2020 and 19 November 2020. Can you use this entrance ticket after its expiry date?
Yes. Exceptionally, you will be able to use your entrance ticket or discount coupon / voucher until 31 December 2020 inclusive, after exchanging it at the museum cash desk.


You have reserved a Discovery Combi (formerly called “B-Excursion SNCB”) for a visit to Train World between 26 October 2020 and 19 November 2020. What should you do?
